I am a fully qualified Integrative Humanistic Counsellor.
I gained my clinical experience in the voluntary sector as well as in the NHS psychological services, where I have had the privilege of working with clients affected by: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement, trauma, self-harm, narcissistic abuse and other forms of abusive relationships.
I am an Autism aware practitioner with an interest in supporting families living with/affected by Autism.
I hold a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling awarded by Metanoia Institute as well as BSc (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling from Middlesex University.
I am a member of the BACP and I abide by their Code of Ethics.
I aspire for my practice to be a safe and inclusive space for all, encompassing the LGBTQIA+ and Neurodiverse communities.
